HISTORY & ORGANIZATION OF THE ASSOCIATION
The Whiting Woods Property Owners Association (WWPOA) was begun in May 1960 when a group of residents held the first Board Meeting. The organizational By-Laws were drafted and approved on May 20, 1961 and on September 18, 1961, the WWPOA became “official” by adopting its Articles Of Incorporation.
